HOLIDAY RENTAL MANAGEMENT

We can take all your rental worries away and leave you to enjoy your holidays here in Andalucia, Spain or elsewhere.

We will visit your property and design a portfolio of photographs and a descriptive text. We then advertise the property on your behalf and manage all subsequent enquiries and bookings. The rental price is agreed with you prior to the property being advertised.

We advise you on a monthly basis by email the current numbers of weeks sold. We guarentee to maximise your booking potential due to maintaining a high profile advert for all the properties by using our contacts within the rental industry.

We ask for a one off joining fee of 300.00 GBP (or Euro equivalent) which includes all photographs, written description and advertising for one year plus 15% commission on weeks sold. We believe you cannot better these prices with any other agent in Andalucia, Spain as we know most of our competitors charge bewteen 25% and 35%. See more detail on the Product/Pricing page.
